About Our Company:

House Plan Service is a Residential Design Service located in Charlotte, North Carolina. My firm has been in business for over 16 years and has more than 20 years experience in Residential Design. My ability and reputation to work well with builders as well as individuals has given me the unique blend of experience to keep up with societies changing needs while keeping construction costs at reasonable levels to please the builders and the homebuyers.

Our Work:

House Plan Service can either custom design for your clients or you may choose from many of my stock plans ranging from 1,000 square feet up to over 5,000 square feet. They have been successfully accepted and in demand in many golf courses and lake front communities as well as custom-designed for estate living.
